- Pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and medical equipment — Planning for procurement, receiving, inspection, expenditure verification, and subsequent distribution operations.
- Allocation and distribution of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, general items (including emergency mobilization), and the processing of returns and waste.
- Committee review and management of consumable medical supplies.
- Maintenance of the ‘Basic Information File for Pharmaceuticals and Medical Supplies’ within the operation information system.
- Management of responses to defective medical supplies, including follow-up handling and reporting upon detection.
- Collection of market intelligence for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
- Warehouse storage, medical gas management, and logistics operations.
