In the future, building on this solid foundation, the hospital will continue to promote a friendly workplace environment, increase recruitment and incentive measures, and encourage employee training and welfare improvements. The hospital will also pursue level 1 emergency capacity accreditation, construct the new medical building, strengthen military medical capabilities, and enhance trauma treatment techniques to ensure stability in staffing and facilities. These efforts aim to expand the hospital’s capacity to protect both military and civilian healthcare in the southern region.

Looking ahead to the hospital’s development, in addition to expanding the quality and quantity of medical services and broadening the scope of care, the hospital will work with staff to strengthen digital healthcare by utilizing big data and AI technologies to improve diagnostic precision. The hospital will also explore advancements in regenerative medicine and biotechnology research, seeking new hope for the treatment of acute, severe, and complex medical conditions. The core values of “Safety, Professionalism, Care, and Excellence” will be integrated into the quality of clinical services and the efficiency of administrative management. With a holistic care approach, the hospital will continue to refine medical technologies, ensure sustainable development, and provide wholehearted medical services.
