Emergency Information

• The service desk operates 24 hours a day. In addition to primary services such as emergency registration, hospitalization, and billing, it also provides patient inquiries, outpatient schedule inquiries, and wheelchair loans, and handles routine admission and discharge procedures during nighttime and holidays.

• For emergency registration, please have your National Health Insurance IC card, national ID card, and any other documents that can verify discount eligibility ready.

• If you are a patient returning on the same day for the same condition, please inform the desk staff proactively to avoid duplicate registration.

• Our hospital is a regional hospital; the emergency National Health Insurance fee is NT$550 (registration fee NT$150, co‑payment NT$400). After emergency treatment, please go to the desk to submit the treatment documents and your NHIB IC card. If you do not have the NHIB IC card, please pay out‑of‑pocket first; within ten days, bring a copy of the NHIB IC card, other discount identification documents, and the original receipt to process a refund.

• When inquiring about a patient, please provide the desk staff with the correct name of the patient to facilitate a quick search.
