3. Mixed: Both obstructive and central problems present
High-Risk Groups for Sleep Apnea:
1. Overweight
2. Middle and older age
3. Larger neck circumference, retruded lower jaw
4. Deviated nasal septum
5. Enlarged tonsils or tongue
6. Smoking, alcohol consumption, use of sedative/hypnotic medications
