Foreign Personnel Medical Examination Service Items
Migrant Worker Physical Examination: applicable to migrant workers employed in Taiwan, including supplementary examinations within 3 days after entry, within 30 days before and after completing 6 months, 18 months, 30 months of work, and when changing employers.
Residence or Settlement Physical Examination: applicable to new residents and foreign students studying in Taiwan for more than 6 months.
Foreign Language Teacher Physical Examination: applicable to teachers working in Taiwan at universities, English tutoring centers, and kindergarten English teachers, for initial hiring and contract extensions.
Short-term Study Student Physical Examination: for those studying in Taiwan for more than 3 months but less than 6 months.
Foreign Personnel Stool Re-examination: please bring passport or residence permit, and the previous health examination certificate, to the hospital's foreign medical examination center.

This health examination center only provides health check services; inquiries regarding how to apply for foreign worker employment or family-based immigration are not within our scope. Employers and the public who need such information may first consult the relevant regulations or call the appropriate agencies.
Please first confirm by phone the health check appointment date and the report collection date to ensure they meet the examinee's needs before making a reservation.
If the examinee has abnormal items requiring re-examination or other factors that delay the report collection time, this health examination center is not responsible.
If there are subsequent personal processing matters that need to be submitted to the health bureau, immigration office, or other departments and experience delays, this is unrelated to our institution.
Report collection time: Starting the day after the health check is completed, reports are issued within 7-10 business days, with no urgent service.

If you receive a phone notification from this center, please bring personal identification or the payment receipt from the day of the examination to the foreign nationals health examination center to collect the health report.

Examination instructions
Passport, Republic of China Taiwan Region entry/exit permit (for mainland residents only) or residence permit; the above documents must be presented in original (copies are not accepted).
Two 2‑inch color passport photos. (Specifications follow those of the national ID card, passport, or driver’s license.)
Pregnancy diagnostic certificate.
Positive antibody test report or vaccination certificate for measles and rubella.
Stool and blood samples must be collected on site; they cannot be prepared in advance or use another person’s stool sample.
Fasting or discontinuing regular medication is not required for the health examination.
After blood draw, apply gentle pressure with the thumb on the cotton ball for about 5 minutes to stop bleeding; once bleeding has stopped, place the cotton ball into the infectious waste bin.
The health examination must not be performed under a false identity.
Health examination certificate processing time: 7‑10 business days from the day after the examination (excluding re‑examinations). The center will proactively notify you when it is ready for pickup.
