Electronic Medical Record Services at This Hospital

Electronic Medical Record Copy Request: Within the current scope of electronic medical records at this hospital, you may request copies of electronic medical records at the hospital service desk.
Inter-hospital Image and Report Exchange: If the hospital where you received your examination participates in the Ministry of Health and Welfare's inter-hospital image exchange program, and you have undergone a CT scan, MRI, or ultrasound examination using National Health Insurance within the past year, no application is required. With your written consent, the attending physician at this hospital can use your NHI card and the physician's medical personnel card to download your reports and images from the Ministry of Health and Welfare's image exchange center.
