I. Legal Basis:

3. Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan Order Nong-Mu-Zi No. 1020043122A, dated August 26, 2013, amending all 7 articles and the title (original title: Regulations for the Establishment of the Laboratory Animal Care and Use Committee or Group).
II. Purpose:
To centrally manage the care, management, and use of laboratory animals at this hospital, maintain the standards of related teaching and research, and comply with the provisions of Article 16 of the Animal Protection Act, the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) is hereby established.
III. Organization and Duties:
