Parking is not provided for off‑site participants; please make greater use of public transportation
In accordance with epidemic prevention policies, participants attending the class at our hospital must bring a mask, health insurance card, and cooperate with temperature measurement
Certificate of participation: participants must complete sign‑in, sign‑out, and the test, fully participating in the activity
If you have been in contact with a confirmed case announced by the Ministry of Health and Welfare within the past 14 days, or have visited related locations, please do not attend the class at our hospital and contact the secretariat immediately to protect your right to attend
