Applicable to: recruitment examinations of all military academies and voluntary service (officer, NCO, enlisted) recruitment medical examinations.
Medical examination appointment: Please schedule through the National Defense Recruitment Center website's available sessions and report on the appointed examination date.
Details of each class recruitment brochure are primarily based on the announcement of the National Defense Recruitment Center (https://rdrc.mnd.gov.tw/).

服務項目	各軍事院校招生班隊(依招生簡章招考日期)
報到時間	上午08時00分至10時30分(依預約場次日期)
攜帶文件	國民身分證或健保卡。未滿18歲者須附家長同意書。依各班隊簡章規定。
注意事項	需空腹滿8小時以上。全程需更換檢查服及脫襪穿著拖鞋進行體檢。空勤視力檢查日期請來電洽詢。在營轉服人員僅供本院責任作戰區單位辦理。
報告領取	完成體檢隔日起10個工作天後自行於預約網站列印或至體檢中心領取。
收費標準	一般民眾或自費報名者：1,400元。已做完軍人年度體檢者：300元(需出示公函)。新兵轉服志願役士兵者：無須繳費(需出示公函)。
