In accordance with the National Health Insurance Administration policy, the public is requested to note the health insurance IC card update matters:

Update Targets

• Card used for more than 6 years
• Card damaged or demagnetized
• Personal data changes

Update Method

1. Bring original ID card
2. Go to the hospital service desk or the National Health Insurance Administration's regional business units for processing
3. Processing fee: NT$200

During the update period, you may use a household registration transcript or identification documents for medical visits.
