Nursing Excellence, September and October 2023
This poster brings together records of thanks received by the hospital's wards from patients and their families during the period. It is arranged by unit, each section listing dates and forms of appreciation alongside a group photograph of that unit's staff.
The units covered include W1, W2, W3.5, W6, W8.9, W10.11, W15.16, W18, W19, W21, W22, W23, W25, W26, the emergency department, the outpatient department and the dialysis unit.
Forms of appreciation include gifts of food, drinks, fruit, cake, flower baskets, handicrafts and catered meals, as well as written comment slips, letters to the superintendent's mailbox, letters of thanks and public forum posts.
