3. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Clinically it can be used as an adjunct for wound healing, postoperative recovery, repair after sports injuries, and as an adjunct treatment for certain emergencies. The specific indications, treatment pressure, and number of sessions must be determined by a physician based on individual assessment; some indications are covered by health insurance, while others are self‑pay items.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has contraindications (e.g., untreated pneumothorax, certain lung diseases, etc.); a physician evaluation and relevant examinations must be completed before treatment.
