Announcement of Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act Amendment

一、依Ministry of National Defense112年3月8日國醫衛勤字第1120063050 order.。

二、總統府於112年2月15日公告Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act修正案，修正重點摘錄如下：

(一)全面禁止e-cigarettes，納管heated tobacco products。

(二)smoke-free年齡自18歲調高至20歲。

(三)擴大室內外smoke-free場所（各級學校均納入smoke-free場所）。
