Medical Research Review Committee Introduction
I. Legal Basis
Established in accordance with the "Military Medical Research and Development Operating Regulations" promulgated by the Ministry of National Defense.
II. Purpose
To enhance the academic research standards of this hospital and coordinate the execution and management of research, the Medical Research and Development Review Committee is hereby established.
III. Organization and Duties
- 1 Chairperson, served by the Vice Superintendent
- 10 members, selected by the Director of Medical Department from supervisors or experts in Internal Medicine, Surgery, and relevant medical units
- 1 Executive Secretary, served by the administrative officer of the Education and Research Center
IV. Duties
- Setting the overall direction of medical research development and promoting research culture across clinical departments
- Revising research project application guidelines
- Receiving and reviewing research project applications
- Supervising research project execution
- Tracking and evaluating research outcomes
- Revising paper incentive regulations
V. Meeting Schedule
Meetings are held twice per year, with ad hoc meetings convened as needed for special circumstances.
