Public Visiting Guide
1. Inquire about hospitalized patients：
(1) In‑person inquiry：
A. Working hours：Service desk on 1st floor of Medical Building, Admission/Discharge Service Center counter, Emergency registration counter。
B. After hours：Emergency registration counter。
(2) 24‑hour smart inpatient inquiry system：Located at three places – outside the Admission/Discharge Service Center on 1st floor of Medical Building, next to Outpatient registration counter No.8, and in front of the elevator on 1st floor of the Military Formation Building。
2. Inquire about emergency patients：Emergency registration counter。
3. Our hospital does not accept telephone inquiries for hospitalized patients。
Note：To protect patient privacy, inquiries at the counter and system are only allowed after the patient’s consent。
4. Visiting hours：
(1) General wards：0800 to 2200。
(2) ICU and subacute respiratory care wards：1100 to 1130。
(3) Psychiatric ward visitation and item collection times：
A. General bed area：Monday to Friday 1830‑1930, Saturday to Sunday 1100‑1200。
B. Restricted area：Monday to Sunday 1300‑1400。
