Main Business Scope

• ●Readiness preparation: Armed Forces combat exercises and war‑gaming, Wan‑an exercises and war‑gaming, formulation (revision) of readiness plans, expansion planning of readiness beds and revision of camp security protection plans.

• ●Mobilization affairs: Issuance of mobilization plans, education and duty call‑up training, management of mobilization control rooms, procurement and requisition of military supplies, and military transport mobilization operations.

• ●Duty rotation operations: Conducting duty briefings, scheduling duty rotation rosters, managing duty officer offices, and security duties during the Spring Festival and key periods.

• ●Physical examination operations: Conscription of male draftees, military service re‑examinations (new recruits, medically discharged soldiers, reserve soldiers exempted from service re‑examinations), recruitment for military academies and various units, military tasks (key military positions, examinations, retention, transfer to regular service, training, re‑enlistment), health checks (annual Armed Forces, air force personnel, culinary staff, special labor), public health examinations (general health check, adult, Kaohsiung City elderly health check, employment (academic) physical examinations, automobile (motorcycle) driver training physical examinations, occupational driver physical examinations, powered boat driver physical examinations, drone pilot physical examinations, elderly driver physical examination procedures), general labor and special labor physical examinations.

• ●Others: Risk management and emergency response, theater military medical affairs meetings, military medical support and coordination, urine screening for tobacco and drugs in theater units, intermediate emergency medical technician training.
