About Us

Our department undertakes the overall management of the hospital's medical and health information services, responsible for the planning, construction, and operation of medical information systems, ensuring smooth operation of all medical workflows, and providing medical staff and administrative colleagues with a stable and reliable information service environment. At the same time, we oversee the integration planning, promotion, and supervision of the hospital's administrative systems, fostering cross‑departmental coordination and cooperation to systematize and standardize internal administrative processes, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency.


In terms of information development, our department actively promotes cloud‑based medical applications, introduces emerging information technologies, expands telemedicine and digital health care services, and centers the hospital’s digital transformation as a core goal, planning sustainable development strategies and continuously advancing smart medical infrastructure. We evaluate the suitability of various development technology frameworks, supervise system development and integration work, and ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the information architecture to meet the growing demand for medical information.


In the area of human resource management, our department is responsible for the recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of IT personnel, appropriately planning staff assignments and workforce scheduling based on business needs, and cultivating an information team with professional technical capabilities. In addition, the department coordinates information‑related procurement and outsourcing activities, using comprehensive procurement planning and supplier management mechanisms to efficiently utilize resources, ensure the quality of information equipment and services, and fully support the hospital’s medical services and administrative operations with information solutions.
