About Us
Main Business Scope
This office is responsible for the planning and management of hospital policies. The current main tasks are:
● Hospital policy planning and operational management
● Hospital accreditation (operational management team) preparation work
● Improving the quality of in‑hospital medical services
● Creating a safe environment for patient care
● Planning of the new medical building construction
● Supervision and guidance by senior officials
● Annual year‑end work review meeting
● Internal management supervision visits
● Annual supervision and assessment by health authorities
● Annual research and assistance visits by the Military Medical Bureau
● Participation in external activities and institutional certification
● Planning and arrangement of internal activities
● ESG project planning and implementation
● Hospital marketing planning and implementation
