Our hospital held the “Medical Product Patient Safety Education Course” on September 26, and the event was a great success. This course provided training for our hospital’s seed instructors and staff, covering three major topics: “Team Resource Management,” “PDCA,” and “Patient Safety Reporting and Practice.” The content combined practical application and was closely tied to clinical work, helping participants improve their sensitivity to patient safety and their response capabilities.
The participants in this training were the hospital’s medical product patient safety seed instructors and colleagues from various departments. The course, through systematic planning and sharing of practical experience, strengthened team collaboration and process improvement capabilities, and emphasized the crucial role of the reporting system in the patient safety culture, laying a solid foundation for the hospital’s advancement of medical quality.

We thank all departments for their enthusiastic participation and support. The course was successfully completed, and it also injects more energy and motivation into the future promotion of internal quality and safety education. Our hospital will continue to organize related courses to enhance staff professionalism, ensure patient safety, and provide each patient with a safer, higher‑quality medical environment!
