Eligibility: Must hold a Republic of China nursing license and an Internal Medicine specialist nursing certificate.

4、 Job description:
1. Medical care and clinical procedures for patients primarily in the Internal Medicine ICU.
2. Depending on staffing, must be able to work day and night rotating shifts (night shift receives additional allowance).
3. Perform medical duties under the supervision and collaboration of physicians.
4. Participate in physician rounds, complete medical record documentation, and assist physicians in executing medical orders.
5、 Compensation:
1. Rank 2 base salary 43,500 NT$ with annual increments (monthly medical service bonus approx. 10,000 NT$, annual salary about 700,000 NT$).
2. Includes year‑end bonus, labor and health insurance, annual employee health check; after six months, entitled to 3 days of special leave, with vacation days adjusted according to seniority (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act).
