1. Eligibility: High school graduates or above, interested in hospital social service work, and willing to comply with hospital regulations.
2. Service content: Primarily direct or indirect service work.
3. Recruitment period:
(1) Year 115, June 8 to Year 115, June 26, Monday to Friday (0800-1700) go to the Social Service Section on the 2nd floor of the Medical Building to obtain registration materials.

(2) Please submit the registration materials by 5:00 PM on June 26, Year 115; the registration process is completed upon receipt of the materials.
(3) During the service period, each morning and afternoon opens 3 student slots, registered in the order of submitted materials, until full.
4. Service period: Year 115, July 6 to August 28, Monday to Friday, morning 08:30-11:30, afternoon 13:30-16:30.
5. Preparation for acceptance: Those accepted can participate in the basic online teaching volunteer training course offered by the Taipei e‑University website to enhance awareness of student volunteer service.
6. Personal data usage statement: When registering, fill out the student volunteer data card with name, phone (including home and mobile),
address, school attended, E‑mail, emergency contact, etc., for our team to file records and issue service hour certificates.
7. Certificate eligibility: Apply after completing more than 6 hours of service within the stipulated service period.
8. Certificate collection time: Starting September 14, Year 115, Monday to Friday (0800-1700) collect from our team; certificates are retained for six months, after which they become invalid and will not be reissued.
9. The service hour certificates provided by our team are for academic purposes only; no volunteer accident or group injury insurance is provided.
10. Special notes:
1. Please wear long pants, sneakers, or clothing suitable for service.
2. If the Kaohsiung City Government announces a citywide or Lingya District suspension of work and classes, student volunteer service will be completely halted.
3. The hospital provides masks and vests for use during service.
4. Volunteers must wear the volunteer vest for each service; obtain it from the office at check‑in and fold it neatly for return after service; do not leave it at the service
area or take it home.
5. Submit a service reflection (100-300 characters) after the final service.
6. If you encounter a situation during service that you are unsure how to respond to, seek assistance from nearby volunteers, hospital staff, or office personnel.
11. The following violations, if serious, will result in cancellation of service eligibility and certificate:
1. Unexplained absence without notifying by phone or E‑MAIL the day before or on the day.
2. Unexplained tardiness or early departure.
3. Do not eat, attend to personal matters, or leave the duty area during service.
4. Do not disclose patient information in any manner.
5. Other behaviors not in line with the spirit of volunteer service.
