Must possess a certification as a diabetes health educator or chronic kidney disease health educator.

4. Job Description:
1. Implement the diabetes and kidney disease promotion institution quality care program, and achieve the quarterly National Health Insurance Administration total medical management indicators.
2. Conduct case enrollment management tracking and reporting.
3. Regularly organize group health education, patient support groups, community health promotion lectures, and other health education activities.
4. Conduct on‑the‑job training and provide PGY trainee mentorship.
5. Participate in various meetings and events organized by the National Health Agency, health bureau, and professional societies.
6. Assist the health education department with various medical administrative tasks or other assignments from supervisors.
5. Compensation:
1. Grade 1 employment base salary NT$33,720 with annual adjustments (monthly medical service bonus separately about NT$10,000).
2. Includes year‑end bonus, labor and health insurance, and annual employee health check; after six months of service, eligible for 3 days of special leave, with vacation days adjusted according to seniority (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act).
