Eligibility:
1. Must hold Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality, have no dual citizenship, and have household registration in Taiwan.
2. Graduated from a college (including) or higher institution, with at least 200 hours of related training courses such as programming, big data application analysis, and database design, and possessing relevant medical information work experience.
3. Prior experience in medical product related work, or being a nurse, public health specialist, Taiwan Medical Management Society medical manager, or Taiwan Medical Quality Association medical quality manager is preferred.

5. IV. Job Description:
1. Collaborate with the Medical Informatics Office to build, manage, and maintain the medical quality indicator management platform, and perform data cleaning, consolidation, validation, and version control of the medical quality indicator database.
2. Be proficient with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL) and write SQL queries to support data extraction and analysis tasks.
3. Use programming languages (e.g., Ruby, Python) or MVC framework tools to design and optimize medical product-related data processing workflows and automated reporting systems.
4. Operate BI software (Tableau) to create visual reports and dashboards, providing decision-making references for management.
5. Assist various units in integrating indicator data (including ETL processes), interfacing with HIS and other medical information systems to ensure data accuracy and real-time updates.
6. Coordinate the compilation of medical quality indicator data required for external audits such as hospital accreditation and certification.
7. Tasks assigned by superiors.
V. Benefits:
1. Monthly salary starting from NT$36,970, plus a medical service allowance(If there is occasional overtime, overtime pay is calculated separately; the actual total salary can be inquired with the hospital, medical service allowance is variable).
2. Includes year‑end bonus, enjoys labor insurance, health insurance and annual employee health examinations.
3. After six months of employment, you can enjoy 3 days of special leave (including leave bonus), and the number of leave days will be adjusted according to seniority. (Handled in accordance with the Labor Standards Act)
