• Medical service volume monitoring

Patient Safety Management

• Plan, promote, and supervise the Medical Policy Council's patient safety work objectives
• Establish and monitor patient safety-related KPIs
• Abnormal event reporting management and follow-up improvement
• RCA/HFACS implementation and education training
• Medical Prevention Act-related operations and RCA analysis
• Patient safety operations and safety inspections
