1. Jurisdiction:
Cases where laboratory personnel at this hospital conduct animal scientific applications that violate any of the following conditions:
1.1 Animal scientific application activities conducted without IACUC approval.
1.2 Conducting IACUC-approved animal experiment protocols with content deviating from the original application.
1.3 Animal scientific application activities that violate the Animal Protection Act.

3. Processing Procedure:
3.1 Upon receiving a report, the executive secretary shall conduct a preliminary review and present it at the IACUC meeting for discussion.
3.2 The IACUC shall form an investigation team to investigate the reported matter.
3.3 Investigation results shall be reported to the IACUC meeting for resolution.
3.4 If a violation is confirmed, the IACUC shall handle it in accordance with relevant regulations and report to the competent authority.
