Our hospital ensures that labor‑contracted vendors (hereinafter referred to as “vendors”) dispatching personnel to our hospital (hereinafter referred to as “on‑site personnel”) have basic rights protection. If rights are infringed, complaints may be made through the following channels:

1. Process according to the “Reference Principles for Government Agencies (Organizations) Utilizing Labor Contracts”.

2. Basic rights of on‑site personnel: Vendors shall, in accordance with the law, pay salaries to dispatched personnel, enroll them in labor insurance and national health insurance, allocate labor pension contributions, and, based on the Labor Standards Act, Gender Equality in Employment Act and other relevant regulations, protect the rights of on‑site personnel and ensure they are free from sexual harassment.

3. Complaint submission methods, procedures, and handling units:

If dispatched personnel experience rights violations, they may submit a complaint by phone or in writing to the labor authority or our hospital’s contract management unit, providing concrete evidence. For written complaints, the reason for the complaint, name, service unit, and contact information (including phone, address, email, etc.) must be specified.

Complaints submitted to our hospital’s contract management unit will be investigated by a dispatched staff member within three weeks of receipt, with verification and review. If the contracted vendor is found to have breached the contract, actions will be taken according to contract provisions, and if necessary, the matter will be referred to the labor authority for legal handling.
