4. Job description:
Receipt and identification of pathology specimens.
Execution of routine pathology tissue processing/sectioning/various staining procedures and cytology slide reading, etc., as clinical laboratory duties.
Implement pathology quality control procedures, proficiency testing, and instrument maintenance according to departmental policies.
Perform clinical service adjustments, emergency recall duties, and overtime work in line with departmental policies.
Participate in annual performance evaluations of department staff and complete the legally required laboratory personnel training hours.
Must comply with hospital regulations to complete teaching plan‑related training and conduct teaching activities.
According to hospital work needs, be able to cooperate with pre‑, intra‑, and post‑test related training and operations.
5. Benefits:
Each month the salary is the base salary of NT$41,640, plus medical service allowance bringing it to approximately NT$52,640 (actual total salary can be inquired at the hospital; the allowance is variable and issued according to hospital operations and relevant regulations).
Includes year‑end bonus (1.5 months of base salary), labor insurance, and health insurance.
Provides birthday vouchers, subsidies for the Medical Technologist Association annual dues, and annual employee health examinations, etc.
Overtime pay (according to Labor Standards Act), special leave bonus (NT$1,600 per day), and teaching/research incentive funds are calculated separately.
After six months of service, eligible for a 3‑day consolation leave, with vacation days adjusted according to seniority (handled per Labor Standards Act).
6. Deadline: Submission of interview materials must be completed by 16:00 on Monday, May 18, 2026 (Year 115).
7. Interview time: 09:00 on Friday, May 22, 2026 (Year 115), interview location: Laboratory Department, 2nd floor conference room.
