Ministry of Health and Welfare – Errata for Point 1 of the Penalty Guidelines on Import/Export of Infectious Biological Materials Violating Article 34(2) of the Infectious Disease Control Act
Regarding the “Penalty Standards for Cases of Importing and Exporting Infectious Biological Materials in Violation of Article 34, Paragraph 2 of the Infectious Disease Control Act,” the Ministry of Health and Welfare established and issued it on June 25, 115 (ROC year) by Order No. 1150500161, and hereby submits one errata sheet for the first point of the aforementioned penalty standards (attachment).
