4. Job Description:
Perform first‑line patient care and medical‑related tasks in various departments (including assisting with medical record documentation and transcription, etc.).
Required to cooperate with rotating shifts (including early night shift, late night shift, weekend shifts, and duty during natural disasters, etc.).
Participate in attending physician rounds; departmental duties vary across specialties.
Participate in departmental meetings and activities.
Initially, undergo rotation training in various departments based on individual qualifications and professional abilities.
Other ad‑hoc tasks assigned in response to departmental needs.
Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
5. Benefits:
Monthly salary of NT$43,500, approximately NT$55,000 after adding medical service allowance(If night shift duty is implemented, shift pay is calculated separately; the actual total salary can be inquired with the hospital).
Includes year-end bonus, labor benefits, health insurance, and annual employee health check-ups.
Hiring for two positions (annual promotion and salary adjustments).
After six months, eligible for 3 days of consolation leave, with vacation days adjusted according to seniority.
