Our institute grandly held the “No‑Code Can Achieve Great Things: Zero‑Barrier Medical Innovation” technology application seminar on June 28, attracting over 100 medical professionals from across the country and outlying islands, with a lively atmosphere and unprecedented grandeur. The National Health Insurance Administration’s Kaohsiung‑Pingtung Business Unit also attended to provide guidance, demonstrating the professional caliber of the event and its far‑reaching policy connections.

In recent years, medical digital transformation has become an important national policy initiative. In this wave, how to effectively use standardized technologies (such as FHIR) to integrate medical data and AI technology has become a core issue in the medical informatics field. Deputy Director Zheng Chongnan of our institute’s information office revealed a key point in an interview with iThome: “The database is the core; only when the database is well organized can we continue to discuss visualization, digitization, and AI.” This viewpoint has received high recognition from the industry.

The seminar specially invited three heavyweight speakers to gather together:
Chairperson Yang Yufan, Free Software Association of the Republic of China
Deputy Director Zheng Chongnan, Information Office, Kaohsiung General Hospital, Military
Mr. Cai Zhichang, Senior Consultant, Zero One Technology
The three experts shared in‑depth insights on No‑Code applications (such as the n8n workflow automation platform), FHIR standard implementation experiences, and the tangible benefits of AI technology in medical settings, inspiring attendees to rethink the role of IT talent and the evolving model of clinical collaboration.
We firmly believe: in the era of “Everyone is AI,” digital transformation is no longer the exclusive domain of engineers. Through no‑code technology, we can effectively lower technical barriers and improve work efficiency, relieving pressure and empowering frontline medical staff, enabling every healthcare partner to participate in transformation and co‑innovate.
Our institute is committed to promoting smart healthcare and looks forward to collaborating with all sectors to build a more efficient and humane medical service system.
