Eligibility: Hold a nursing license and have more than 6 years of operating room experience at a regional hospital, or more than 4 years of dedicated operating room nursing experience at a regional hospital.

4. Job description:
1. Assist physicians in completing surgeries and handling specimens during the surgical process.
2. After surgery, provide patients with health education, precautions, and follow‑up appointment times.
3. Assist in the operation of surgical procedures (including pre‑operative equipment inspection and post‑operative equipment inventory and cleaning).
4. Assist with asset management, repair requests, and maintenance of various medical equipment within the department.
5. Assist with various medical administrative tasks in the operating room.
6. Assist in applying for and ordering various bone materials, medical supplies, self‑pay items, etc., and implement inventory management.
7. Other ad‑hoc tasks assigned in response to operating room needs.
Five, Benefits:
1.Monthly salary NT$43,500 (including overtime), plus the medical service allowance brings it to about NT$56,000(If there is temporary overtime, overtime pay is calculated separately; the actual total salary can be consulted with the hospital, and the allowance is variable
). 2. Includes year‑end bonus, labor insurance, health insurance, and annual employee health check. 3. After six months, entitled to a 3‑day special leave, with leave days adjusted according to seniority (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act).
