4. Job Description
Ø Assist with appointment scheduling, main hospital and correctional facility outpatient medical operations.
Ø Assist with pre‑operative preparation and post‑operative health education counseling.
Ø Assist with case management for diagnosis and treatment (contacting and tracking patient appointments and treatment matters), writing initial medical records, and organizing and filing various examination data.
Ø Handle classification management of infectious medical waste and assist in coordinating maintenance and servicing of certain medical equipment.
Ø Perform medical tasks such as cleaning the area around treatment chairs, instruments, and restocking medical supplies before patient visits.
Ø Process referrals, conduct oral screening medical procedures, and provide patient education on dental care and disease prevention information.
Ø Other ad‑hoc tasks assigned in response to departmental needs..
5. Benefits
Ø Monthly salary starts at NT$33,720, plus a medical service allowance bringing it to approximately NT$39,720 (if there is occasional overtime, overtime pay is calculated separately; the actual total salary can be inquired with our hospital, the medical service allowance is variable).
Ø Includes year‑end bonus, labor insurance, health insurance, and annual employee health check‑ups.
Ø After six months of service, eligible for a 3‑day special leave, with vacation days adjusted according to seniority (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act).
