Purpose : Recruit Project Assistant (non-hospital staff)

Department : Surgical Department

Eligibility : (1) Must have Republic of China nationality, no dual citizenship, and have household registration in Taiwan region.
(2) Must have at least 3 years of practical experience in clinical department documentation processing in a hospital and proficient document skills (must be able to operate Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Job Responsibilities :

1. Monthly reporting of IDS work outcomes, including group health education activities, routine video case discussion meetings, psychological health education guidance, group fitness health promotion activities, medication safety and medical quality assurance, and monthly patient visit statistics.
2. Monthly Dongsha oral health care and emergency mutual blood donation matters.
3. Apply for physician support fees (including on-call fees and island stationing fees).
4. Apply for anesthetic nurse on-call fees, island stationing fees, quarterly performance bonuses, and annual year‑end bonuses.
5. Quarterly reporting and support operations for Dongsha physicians and anesthetic nurses.
6. Procurement of accident insurance for privately hired physicians and anesthetic nurses supporting outer islands.
7. IDS electronic filing (implemented starting May 2022) operations.
8. Coordinate and convene video case discussion meetings every two weeks.
9. Occasionally coordinate and arrange video consultations.
10. Monthly coordination and organization of medication and medical supplies application, allocation, and logistics related tasks.
11. Monthly coordination with the Coast Guard Administration, Dongsha Command, and Nansha Command for transport of island personnel (by air or sea) and material logistics.
12. Processing and settlement of Dongsha two islands' affair expenses, additional food allowance, etc.
13. Annually coordinate and hold quarterly review meetings in January, April, July, and October (including external participants), and in November hold the 14 IDS supervisory meeting with the National Health Insurance Administration, including preparation of meeting materials and minutes.
15. Recruitment of anesthetic nurses and assistance with related application procedures.
16. Assist with contract matters with the Central Health Insurance Administration's Kaohsiung‑Pingtung business unit of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
17. The ROC Army Kaohsiung General Hospital handles the annual budget plan for the “Dongsha Island and Nansha Island Medical Service Improvement Project.”
18. Apply for annual project evaluation indicator procedures.
19. Occasionally apply for related staff incentive funds.
20. Compilation of Dongsha related data.
21. Tasks assigned by the project leader.
22. Assist the Surgical Department with general affairs and miscellaneous tasks.


Compensation : 1. Monthly salary NT$35,693, with labor and health insurance, labor pension, and year‑end bonus.
2. Includes year‑end bonus, labor and health insurance, and annual employee health check.
3. After six months, eligible for 3 days of special leave, with leave days adjusted according to seniority (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act).
