4. Job description:
Psychiatry outpatient/inpatient clinics, emergency, clinical duties.
Maximum of 7 duty shifts.
Emergency and ward consultations.
Psychiatric home visits.
Day ward and community rehabilitation center clinical duties.
Forensic assessment.
Substance (drug and alcohol) addiction outpatient clinic.
Other ad‑hoc tasks assigned according to departmental needs.
5. Benefits:
Part‑time monthly salary positions (starting salary NT$46,350, with a variable grant calculated based on each physician’s monthly performance). Total monthly compensation is approximately NT$120,000.
Includes year‑end bonus, labor insurance, health insurance, and annual employee health check.
After six months of service, eligible for 3 days of consolation leave, with vacation days adjusted according to seniority (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act).
