4. Job description:
Ø Perform first-line patient care and medical-related tasks in each department (including assisting with medical record documentation and transcription, etc.).
Ø Participate in attending physician rounds, with department-specific duties.
Ø Attend departmental meetings and activities.
Ø Must cooperate with rotating on-call duties (holiday support shifts and attendance during natural disasters
Ø Other ad-hoc tasks assigned according to departmental needs.
Ø Initially, based on individual qualifications and expertise, rotate through each department for training to understand common disease examinations, interventions, and treatments in each clinical specialty.
Ø Based on willingness and ability, may cooperate with rotating night shift duties (additional night shift allowance provided).
Ø Other ad-hoc tasks assigned according to departmental needs.
Ø Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
5. Benefits:
Ø Monthly salary of NT$43,500, approximately NT$55,000 after medical service allowance(if night shift duties are implemented, on‑call pay is calculated separately; the actual total salary can be inquired with the hospital).
Ø Includes year‑end bonus, labor insurance, health insurance, and annual employee health check‑ups.
Ø Two‑level positions (annual promotion and salary adjustment).
Ø After six months, eligible for 3 days of consolation leave, with vacation days adjusted according to seniority.
