Eligibility: Hold a nursing license and have at least 6 years of operating room experience in a regional hospital, or at least 4 years of dedicated operating room nursing experience in a regional hospital.

If you have advanced nursing N3 (inclusive) or higher or a dedicated operating room nurse certificate, you will be given priority. If not qualified, explain the employment rank and promotion conditions during the interview.
4. Job description:
Ø Assist physicians in completing surgeries and handling specimens during the surgical process.
Ø After surgery, provide patient education on precautions and follow-up appointment times.
Ø Assist with surgical operations (including pre‑operative equipment inspection and post‑operative equipment inventory and cleaning).
Ø Assist with asset management, repair requests, and maintenance of various medical equipment within the department.
Ø Assist with various medical administrative tasks in the operating room.
Ø Assist with ordering and requisition of various bone materials, sanitary supplies, self‑pay items, etc., and implement inventory management.
Ø Other ad‑hoc tasks assigned to meet operating room needs.
5. Benefits:
Ø Monthly salary NT$43,500 (including overtime), plus medical service allowance bringing it to about NT$56,000(if there is temporary overtime, overtime pay is calculated separately; actual total salary can be inquired with the hospital, allowance is variable).
Ø Includes year‑end bonus, labor insurance, health insurance, and annual employee health check.
After six months of service, entitled to 3 days of special leave, with leave days adjusted according to seniority. (In accordance with labor standards law)
