Exam Qualifications:
Graduated from a relevant department for caregiver service personnel with at least a high school education.
Possess a caregiver service personnel training certification or related training proof.
Preferably graduates of nursing programs at associate degree level or higher who have not yet obtained a nursing license.

4. Job description:
General administrative work:
Measure height and weight, respond to call bells, organize hospital beds, etc.
Other miscellaneous tasks.
General technical work (non-professional):
Assist in preparing supplies for new patients, transferring beds, introducing the environment to patients and families, recording input and output volumes, appropriate use of bed rails, use of cooling pillows (including ice packs, ice bags, cooling pads), and notifying of IV changes.
*Under the guidance of nursing staff, assist in preparing the environment and patient for examinations and treatments.
Immediately report any abnormal conditions to nursing staff, replace bed linens and clothing, and assist with cleaning and dressing of the deceased.
Body cleaning and comfort care: (performed for cases without family, integrated care cases, or when assigned by a nurse based on the situation).
Excretion care:
Empty urine collection bags, assist with changing and cleaning colostomy bags, and use of bedside commodes, urinals, and urine collection chairs.
Meals and medication:
Assist with meals or feeding.
*Under the guidance of nursing staff, maintain the patient’s physiological functions such as tube feeding, etc.
Comfort and Activity:
Assist with repositioning, back patting, position‑changing activities (e.g., helping with transfers, getting in/out of bed, sitting in a wheelchair/chair, using assistive devices), maintain the patient’s correct and comfortable posture, assist with splint/footboard use.
*Under the guidance of nursing staff, assist with preparing the warm‑water sitz bath environment and the patient.
Safety Maintenance:
Secure bed wheels and side rails, assist in monitoring the patency of various lines such as IV drips, catheters, oxygen tubing, etc.
Assist in ensuring the patient’s safety while lying in bed, walking, using the toilet, and sitting up, to prevent falls and injuries.
Other:
Assist nursing staff in bathing the patient, washing the face, and wiping the body; towels must be distinguished.
If a wound or pressure ulcer is found on the patient during bathing, inform the nursing staff.
New patients transferred into the facility (long‑term care institutions and correctional facilities) should be bathed with sulfur water within three days to prevent scabies infection.
Urinary catheter: Perform catheter care daily and replace the paper adhesive attachment site.
*Under the guidance of nursing staff, assist in collecting data on blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory status.
*Under the guidance of nursing staff, assist with medication administration or feeding, and record on the bedside log.
Assist patients with turning and back patting, supporting bony prominences with water balls or water bags.
Retrieve and wipe the patient's discharge bedside card and equipment, and after housekeeping cleans the bed, inspect the environment and change the sheets.
Assist patients without family and unable to get out of bed with shopping, up to twice a day (morning and afternoon).
Help fabricate adhesive tape for nasogastric tubes and secure endotracheal tubes with appropriate adhesive.
Other non-professional temporary assignments, etc.
5. Benefits:
Monthly salary starting at NT$29,670/month, plus a monthly medical service allowance (the allowance is variable; actual total compensation can be inquired at the hospital).
Includes year-end bonus, labor insurance, health insurance, and annual employee health check.
After six months, you are eligible for 3 days of consolation leave, and the number of vacation days will be adjusted according to seniority, with a special leave bonus up to NT$16,000 per year (handled according to the Labor Standards Act).
