Purpose: Recruit several nursing staff 

Departments: Obstetrics and Pediatrics ward, Internal Medicine ward, Surgical ward, Integrated Internal and External Medicine ward, Intensive Care Units for internal and external medicine, etc., nursing staff (ward nurses must rotate three shifts). 

Eligibility: Must hold a nursing license, no adverse criminal record, no litigation history.

  1. Job Description: 

  1. General nursing duties: assess patients, administer medication (pharmaceutical counseling and education), repositioning, provide education to patients and families as needed (including during hospitalization and after discharge), assist with examination procedures, pre- and post-operative preparation and education, referrals, assist with feeding or tube feeding, care of various lines (nasogastric tube, urinary catheter, endotracheal tube, Tracheal tube, chest tube, other drainage tubes, etc.), wound care, assist in completing treatment plans. 

  1. Special equipment monitoring and interpretation: accurately interpret various monitoring and life-support devices (EKG monitor, ventilator, pulse oximeter, CVP, Swan-Ganz, etc.), assess changes in patient condition.  

  1. Critical patient nursing and monitoring: perform ACLS, provide various acute-phase specialized care (treatment of acute poisoning, etc.). 

  1. Operating room: assist with patient pre-operative assessment, prepare surgical supplies, clean and pack instruments, etc.; during surgery assist the physician with patient positioning and wound management, monitor patient condition and handle clinical situations, participate in clinical teaching matters, implement unit quality indicators, and other tasks assigned by supervisors. 

  1. Three-shift system. 

  1. Benefits: 

  1. Monthly salary (Level 1‑Level 2) starting at NT$41,640‑43,500, plus a monthly medical duty allowance (night‑shift pay, overtime pay calculated separately, actual total salary can be inquired at the hospital) Basic annual salary can reach over NT$800,000. 

  1. Includes year‑end bonus, labor insurance, health insurance, and an annual employee health check. 

  1. Civilian recruitment positions 

  1. After six months, eligible for 3 days of special leave, with leave days adjusted according to seniority (in accordance with labor standards law).
