Eligibility: Domestic or overseas specialist or bachelor's degree or higher, and possessing certifications in nursing, public health, medical management, or related training.

4. Job responsibilities
1. Holding certifications in nursing, public health, medical management, or related training, should participate and stroke-related training to obtain the stroke case manager certification and NIHSS training.
2. Possess enthusiasm, stress resistance, and be proficient in computer word processing.
3. Develop care plans for stroke (ischemic and hemorrhagic) cases, provide health education, organize patient data, and conduct continuous follow‑up
According to the Ministry of Health and Welfare's “Time‑Sensitive Acute Stroke Case Registration Form Exchange Fields and Format Standard Specification”, collect patient basic information, medical summary, examination and treatment times, post‑acute care arrangements, etc., and complete field entry and data integrity verification
Complete the “Stroke Registration Form” database entry
Resource referral, serve as liaison with neurology departments of other hospitals, and refer to home or long‑term care
Ongoing follow‑up, track cases after discharge (3–6 months), and record relevant clinical data
Participate in inter‑hospital collaborative care programs, claim care and transfer incentive points (P8203, P8208‑8212)
Prepare materials for stroke meetings and hospital accreditation.
Organize stroke patient association meetings and provide health education.
Ad hoc tasks related to stroke.
4. Management and follow‑up of high‑risk cardiovascular and cerebrovascular patients, in accordance with the “National Health Insurance Hyperlipidemia Medical Benefit Improvement Plan”.
5. Assist with intravenous laser (ILBI) therapy: perform venous puncture, operate equipment, monitor treatment process, conduct post‑procedure observation and health education, ensuring safety and efficacy.
6. Assist with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) therapy: patient assessment and preparation, set parameters and operate equipment according to medical orders, monitor treatment process, and provide post‑procedure observation and education.

5. Benefits:
1. Stroke case manager is hired under employment staffing; the starting salary is employment
Grade 1 (33,720 NT$), and can be progressively promoted based on years of service and evaluation results, with the highest salary grade reaching employment Grade 2.
2. Grants and scholarships are handled according to hospital regulations.
3. Annual bonus, labor insurance, health insurance, and yearly employee health check‑ups.
4. After six months of service, entitled to 3 days of special leave, with vacation days adjusted according to seniority (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act
administered)
