Purpose: Recruit 1 physical therapist
Department: Rehabilitation
Eligibility: Hold a physical therapist license, possess clinical instructor qualification, and have at least three years of experience in a regional hospital or above
Preference given to candidates with clinical experience in hand therapy and bedside cardiopulmonary rehabilitation; hold ICF assessment certification
Holding Class A assistive device certification and qualification for acute post‑care courses (home mode) is especially desirable.

4. Job responsibilities:
1. Physical therapy clinical duties (including orthopedic equipment operation, outpatient/inpatient/bedside rehabilitation therapy).
2. Electronic medical record form entry.
3. Teaching and hospital accreditation tasks.
4. Clinical intern teaching & PGY teaching.
5. ICF assessment & PAC (inpatient and home mode) related tasks.
6. Assistive device assessment & participation in physical therapy evaluation and meetings of the discharge service team.
7. In‑hospital and community health education related work.
8. In‑hospital related meetings and administrative document processing.
9. Rehabilitation treatment plans prescribed by the attending physician.
10. Tasks temporarily assigned by superiors.
5. Salary and bonus benefits:
1. This position is employment type 2 36,970 NTD, plus medical service allowance, average monthly salary about 46,000 NTD (if there is temporary overtime, overtime pay is calculated separately; actual total salary can be consulted with the hospital, allowance is variable); additionally there is year‑end bonus and annual leave bonus.
2. Provide birthday vouchers, enjoy labor insurance, health insurance, and annual employee health check.
3. After six months of service, entitled to 3 days of consolation leave, with vacation days adjusted according to seniority (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act).
