Purpose: Recruit several nurses
Department: Nursing Department(Internal medicine wards, surgical wards, combined internal and external wards, operating rooms, emergency department and other units' nurses (ward nurses must rotate three shifts).
Eligibility: 1. Possess a nursing license, no adverse criminal record, no litigation history.
2. Hold Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality, no dual citizenship, and have household registration in Taiwan.

Examination method: Written test, oral interview.
Recruitment process: Verification → Written test → Interview.
Required documents: Applicants should first mail or deliver the following materials to our hospital (originals must be brought for verification during the interview):

After receiving the offer, complete a physical examination within the past 6 months: must be performed at a regional military hospital or a labor insurance designated hospital (please check with the Ministry of Labor's Labor Insurance Bureau), following the annual physical examination items for military personnel; however, persons hired under the regulations protecting the rights of persons with disabilities are exempt (please attach a photocopy of the disability certification).

Job responsibilities: 1. General nursing duties: assess patients, administer medication (medication counseling and education), reposition, provide education to patients and families as needed (including during hospitalization and after discharge), assist with examinations, prepare and educate for pre‑ and post‑operative care, referrals, assist with feeding or tube feeding, care of various tubes (nasogastric tube, urinary catheter, endotracheal tube, tracheal tube, chest tube, other drainage tubes, etc.), wound care, assist in completing treatment plans.
2. Special instrument monitoring and interpretation: correctly interpret various monitoring and life‑support equipment (EKG monitor, ventilator, pulse oximeter, CVP, Swan‑Ganz, etc.) and assess changes in condition.
3. Care and monitoring of critical patients: perform ACLS, provide various acute‑phase special care (treatment of acute poisoning, etc.).
4. Operating room: assist with patient pre‑operative assessment, preparation of surgical supplies, instrument cleaning and packaging, assist the surgeon with patient positioning and wound management during surgery, monitor patient condition and handle clinical situations, participate in clinical teaching activities, implement unit quality indicators, and other tasks assigned by supervisors.
5. Work on a three‑shift system.

Compensation: 1. Monthly salary starting at NT$41,640 (subject to promotion according to evaluation criteria, with annual salary increases); night‑shift allowance and overtime pay are calculated separately, and the actual total salary can be inquired about at the hospital.
2. Civilian recruitment position.
3. Includes year‑end bonus, labor insurance, health insurance, and annual employee health check.
4. After six months of service, eligible for a 3‑day special leave, with vacation days adjusted according to seniority (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act).
