(2) Must possess a nursing license and have at least 6 years of operating‑room experience at a regional hospital, or at least 4 years of dedicated operating‑room nursing experience at a regional hospital. |

The exam should follow the annual physical‑exam items for military personnel; however, this requirement is waived for persons hired under the Persons with Disabilities Rights Protection Act (please attach a photocopy of the relevant disability certification) 9. Job Responsibilities |
1. Assist physicians in performing surgeries and handling specimens during procedures. 2. Provide patients with postoperative education and follow‑up appointment information. 3. Support operating‑room operations (including pre‑operative equipment checks and post‑operative instrument counting and cleaning). 4. Assist with departmental asset management, repair requests, medical‑supplies accounting, and maintenance of medical equipment. 5. Help with various medical‑administrative tasks in the operating room. 6. Assist in ordering and procuring bone materials, medical supplies, self‑pay items, etc., and ensure proper inventory management. 7. Perform other ad‑hoc tasks assigned to meet operating‑room needs. |
Compensation/Benefits |
1. Monthly salary of NT$41,640, plus a medical service allowance bringing the total to approximately NT$52,000 (overtime pay is calculated separately; actual total salary can be discussed with the hospital, and the allowance is variable). 2. Year‑end bonus, labor insurance, health insurance, and an annual employee health check. 3. After six months of service, eligible for three days of special leave, with leave days adjusted according to seniority (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act). |
