l Graduates of domestic or foreign medical schools (men must have completed military service), holding a medical license, with no adverse criminal or litigation records.
l Must complete PGY training and obtain certification by the end of July this year.

四、工作內容說明：
1. Ward work: includes inpatient care, medical record documentation, rounds, etc.
2. Outpatient work: under the guidance of attending physicians, assist outpatient duties, including treatment procedures, ENT examinations, endoscopic examinations, etc.
3. Emergency work: required to rotate shifts, receive ENT emergency training, including ENT consultations, treatment procedures, examinations, etc.
4. Operating room work: learn ENT-related surgeries, assist surgeries under attending physician guidance, complete surgical records, etc.
5. Participate in hospital and department related teaching, meetings, training, assessment activities.
6. Participate in research, manuscript writing in ENT-related fields, and attend or present at related medical conferences.
7. Provide occasional support for health examinations, oral screenings, vaccination tasks, etc.
8. Assist with hospital or department administrative tasks and other assignments from superiors.
五、福利：
Ø Monthly salary NT$46,350 (including on‑call), also includes vacation bonus, resident scholarship, etc.
Ø Includes year‑end bonus, labor insurance, health insurance, and annual employee health check.
Ø Part‑time monthly salary positions.
Ø After six months, entitled to 3 days of consolation leave, with vacation days adjusted according to seniority (in accordance with Labor Standards Act).
