Recruitment Announcement for Pharmacists in the Pharmacy Department of the Republic of China Armed Forces Kaohsiung General Hospital

Purpose: Recruit 1 pharmacist
Department: Pharmacy Department

Eligibility: Possess a pharmacist license(Candidates who have passed the national exam and are awaiting license may apply).

1. Examination method: Written test, oral interview. (Selection based on merit).

2. Recruitment process: Written test® interview.

3. Applicants should first mail or personally deliver the following documents to our hospital (originals must be brought for verification during the written test):

4. Job description:

1. General medication dispensing and coordination of scheduling, including rotating day and night shifts under flexible working hours.

2. Provide medication counseling, explaining usage and precautions.

3. Other ad‑hoc tasks assigned according to departmental needs.

4. Must cooperate with scheduled night shifts and overtime.

5. Compensation:

1. Starting salary at Grade 3 46,770 NT$, monthly allowance approximately 15,000‑17,000 NT$ (issued according to hospital operations and relevant regulations), including year‑end bonus (issued according to relevant regulations), annual salary 81 ten‑thousand NT$ or more (excluding the following item 2 allowances, overtime pay, and consolation leave bonus); if including the medical service retention allowance (first 2 years), annual salary reaches 84 ten‑thousand NT$ or more (★★★ This hospital’s compensation is based on a “monthly salary system”; the annual salary is an estimated amount for a full year of service).

★★★ The allowance and medical service retention allowance are not considered regular salary.

2. Additional night shift allowance fixed amount of 1,300 NT$ per shift (including large night shift 1,600 NT$ per shift), small night shift allowance about 480‑520 NT$ per shift (included in the allowance), overtime pay (according to Labor Standards Act), consolation leave bonus (1,600 NT$ per day) and teaching/research awards are calculated separately.

4. Provide birthday vouchers, subsidize the pharmacist association annual membership fee, and annual employee health examinations, etc.

5. After six months of service, eligible for a 3‑day consolation leave, with vacation days adjusted according to seniority (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act).
