(1) Must have Republic of China nationality, no dual citizenship, and have household registration in Taiwan.
(2) Must hold a medical laboratory technologist certificate.

After receiving the offer, complete a physical examination within the past 6 months: must be performed at a regional military hospital or a labor‑insurance designated hospital (please check with the Ministry of Labor Insurance Bureau), according to the annual physical examination items for military personnel; however, persons hired under the regulations of the Protection of Rights of Persons with Disabilities are exempt (please attach a photocopy of disability‑related certification)
9. Declaration of any household registration, use of Mainland China passport, ID card, residence permit or residence certificate in Mainland China by the prospective employee. 【original】

Job responsibilities :
1. Receive and identify laboratory specimens.
2. Perform outpatient/emergency/health‑examination blood‑draw services.
3. Implement quality‑control operations and instrument maintenance according to departmental policies.
4. Conduct routine/emergency/health‑examination clinical tests of urine, blood, coagulation, stool, body fluids, biochemistry, etc.
5. Adjust clinical operations flexibly and handle emergency recall tasks according to departmental policies.
6. Participate in annual performance evaluations of department staff and complete required laboratory personnel training hours as stipulated by regulations.
7. Must complete teaching‑related training in accordance with hospital regulations.
8. According to hospital work needs, be able to work overtime and various night‑shift rotations.
Compensation :
1. Monthly salary is base salary NT$36,970, plus medical service allowance bringing it to about NT$47,170 (actual total salary can be inquired at the hospital; the allowance is variable and issued according to hospital operations and relevant regulations).
2. Includes year‑end bonus, labor insurance, health insurance, and annual employee health check.
3. Provides birthday vouchers, subsidy for the Medical Technologists Association annual membership fee, and annual employee health check, etc.
4. Night shift (large night) allowance per shift NT$600‑850, small night shift allowance per shift about NT$400‑500 (included in the allowance), overtime pay (according to Labor Standards Act), special leave bonus (NT$1,600 per day) and teaching/research reward funds are calculated separately.
5. After six months of service, entitled to 3 days of special leave, and leave days adjust with seniority (according to Labor Standards Act).
