Required Documents |
Applicants should first mail or personally deliver the following documents to our hospital (originals must be presented for verification at the interview): 1. Resume (original) (please use the hospital's standard applicant resume; applications without the hospital's format will not be accepted) 2. Conflict of interest avoidance declaration (original) 3. Highest education diploma (one photocopy) 4. Identity card (one photocopy) 5. Nursing license, anesthesia nursing training certificate, specialist anesthesia nursing certificate (one photocopy) 6. After receiving the offer, complete a physical examination within the past six months: must be conducted at a regional military hospital or a labor‑insurance‑designated hospital (refer to the Ministry of Labor Insurance Bureau); follow the annual physical examination items for military personnel. However, this requirement does not apply to persons hired under the Persons with Disabilities Rights Protection Act (please attach a photocopy of relevant disability certification) 7. If currently employed by our hospital, attach a photocopy of the approving official's written approval at the interview 8. Service certificate (one photocopy) 9. A sworn statement regarding any household registration, passport, ID card, settlement permit, or residence permit held in Mainland China. Job Responsibilities |
1. Assist with pre‑anesthesia visits. 2. Perform anesthesia care duties. 3. Provide care in the recovery room. 4. Conduct post‑anesthesia visits. 5. Administer medication and conduct visits according to PCA physician orders. 6. Other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the department as needed. |
Compensation and Benefits |
1. Monthly salary NT$41,640–43,500 (based on duties and certifications); overtime and on‑call pay are additional. Medical service allowance: approximately NT$12,000–13,000 per month on average (subject to hospital operations; total compensation can be discussed with the hospital). 2. Year‑end bonus, labor insurance, health insurance, and annual employee health check. 3. After six months of service, entitled to a 3‑day special leave, with additional leave days adjusted according to seniority (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act). 4. After one year, receive subsidy for the annual membership fee of the Nurses’ Union. |
Written Test & Interview Dates |
Written and interview times will be announced separately. Interview location: Anesthesia Department, 3rd Floor, Military Medical Building, Kaohsiung Armed Forces General Hospital (for candidates whose resume passes the review and who are notified by the hospital). Probation period: three months (full salary during probation). |

1. After the candidates complete the exam, please check the hospital's talent recruitment website yourself for information such as whether you have been selected. On the day of reporting, staff must submit a medical examination report covering the past six months.
