4. Job description:
1. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the ward environment (including public areas).
2. Responsible for bed making after patient discharge and regularly changing bed sheets, duvet covers, curtains, and partitions in the physicians' duty rooms.
3. Responsible for storage room inventory management and tidiness, inspection and organization of the soiled linen room, and inspection of the meal service area.
4. Manage unit linens, replacing old ones with new in a timely manner.
5. Responsible for collecting unit linens for washing and receiving them back with inventory check.
6. Request and receive medical supplies, IV sets, and various single-use items, then check, store, and replenish them.
7. Responsible for fire, typhoon, theft prevention and other related safety maintenance work in the ward.
8. Responsible for cleaning, upkeep, maintenance and replenishment of equipment (e.g., oxygen, alcohol, hand sanitizer, etc.).
9. Deliver sterilized instruments from the supply room and borrow medical supplies, instruments, or various examination and surgery kits.
10. Assist patients with discharge procedures and the application for various certificates when necessary. Responsible for transporting patients to various departments for examinations, surgeries, consultations, or for transferring medical records.
11. Responsible for collecting and emptying sputum containers of patients after discharge within the unit.
12. Deliver various official documents, reports, notices, application forms, medical records, specimens, and medication orders to each department, retrieve reports and medicines, and replace the UD medication cart daily at 14:00.
13. Follow instructions from the head nurse, deputy head nurse, and nurses to carry out assigned tasks.
14. Contact staff of various units for mutual assistance and support.
15. Evening, night shifts and weekend duties are assigned by the duty head nurse to perform medical administrative tasks.
16. Complete at least three hours of infection control on‑the‑job training annually (including one hour on emerging infectious diseases) and obtain BLS certification.
17. Responsible for disinfection and tidying of isolation beds.
18. Assist physicians in receiving infants from other hospitals.
19. Organize water disinfection documents and regularly deliver them to the water disinfection storage.
20. Work on a three‑shift system.
V. Benefits:
1.Monthly salary NT$29,670/month, plus a monthly medical service allowance(Overtime pay is calculated separately; actual total salary can be consulted with the hospital).
2. Enjoy labor insurance, health insurance, and annual employee health examinations.
3. Part‑time (monthly salary) positions.
4. After six months of service, eligible for a 3‑day consolation leave, with vacation days adjusted according to seniority and a special leave bonus up to NT$16,000 per year (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act).
