Examination Qualifications:
1. Graduated from a relevant department for caregiver service staff with at least high school education.
2. Holds a caregiver service staff training qualification certificate or related training proof.
3. Graduates of nursing specialties above associate level who have not yet obtained a nursing license are especially preferred.

4. Job Description:
(1) General administrative work:
1. Measuring height and weight, responding to call bells, arranging hospital beds, etc.
2. Other miscellaneous tasks.
(2) General technical work (non-professional):
1. Assist with preparing supplies for new patients, transferring beds, introducing the environment to patients and families, recording input and output volumes, appropriate use of bed rails, use of cooling pillows (including ice packs, ice bags, cooling pads), and notifying of IV changes.
2. *Under the guidance of nursing staff, assist in preparing the environment and the patient for examinations and treatments.
3. Immediately report any abnormal conditions to nursing staff, replace bed linens and clothing, and assist with cleaning and dressing the deceased.
(3) Body cleaning and comfort care: (This item is performed for cases without family, integrated care cases, or when the nurse assigns tasks based on the situation).
(4) Elimination care:
1. Empty the urine collection bag, assist with changing and cleaning the colostomy bag, and use bedside commodes, urinals, and urine collection chairs.
(5) Meals and medication:
1. Assist with eating or feeding.
2. *Under the guidance of nursing staff, maintain the case's physiological functions such as tube feeding, etc.
(6) Comfort and activity:
1. Assist with repositioning, back patting, positional changes (e.g., helping with transfers, getting in and out of bed, sitting in a wheelchair/chair, using assistive devices), maintain the patient's correct and comfortable posture, and assist with the use of splints/foot boards.
2. *Under the guidance of nursing staff, assist with preparing the warm water sitz bath environment and the patient.
(7) Safety maintenance:
1. Secure bed wheels and side rails, and assist in ensuring the patency of various tubes such as IV lines, catheters, and oxygen tubing.
2. Assist in monitoring the patient's safety while lying in bed, walking, using the restroom, and sitting up, to prevent falls and injuries.
(8) Others:
1. Assist nursing staff in bathing, washing the face, and wiping the patient's body, with towels distinguished.
2. If a wound or pressure ulcer is found during bathing, inform the nursing staff.
3. New patients transferred into the facility (long‑term care institutions and correctional facilities) should be bathed with sulfur water within three days to prevent scabies infection.
4. Urinary catheter: perform catheter care daily and replace the adhesive tape area.
5. *Under the guidance of nursing staff, assist in collecting data on blood pressure, pulse, body temperature, and respiratory condition.
6. *Under the guidance of nursing staff, assist in administering medication orally or via tube, and record it on the bedside log.
7. Assist patients with turning and back patting, supporting bony prominences with water balls or water bags.
8. Retrieve and wipe the patient's discharge bedside card and equipment, and after cleaning staff make the bed, inspect the environment and change the sheets.
9. Assist patients without family and unable to get out of bed with shopping, up to twice a day (morning and afternoon).
10. Help fabricate adhesive for nasogastric tube placement and secure endotracheal tubes with suitable adhesive.
11. Other non-professional temporary assignments, etc.
5. Benefits:
Ø Monthly salary starting at NT$29,670/month, plus a monthly medical service allowance (the allowance is variable; for actual total compensation, please inquire with the hospital).
Ø Includes year-end bonus, labor insurance, health insurance, and annual employee health examinations.
Ø After six months of service, eligible for 3 days of consolation leave, with vacation days adjusted according to seniority and entitlement to special leave bonus, up to NT$16,000 per year (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act).
