4. Job Description:
Preparation of procurement plans for goods and services.
Supervision of performance for goods and services.
Handling property and equipment related tasks.
Supervision of project performance
Other tasks assigned ad hoc by supervisors.
5. Benefits:
Monthly salary NT$33,720, plus medical service allowance brings it to about NT$40,470 (overtime pay is calculated separately if there is occasional overtime; the actual total salary can be consulted with the institute, the allowance is variable).
Includes year‑end bonus, labor and health insurance, and annual employee health check.
One position hired, with annual grade promotions (up to 12 grades); each promotion adds about NT$500.
After six months, entitled to 3 days of consolation leave, with vacation days adjusted according to seniority. (Handled in accordance with the Labor Standards Act)
