Purpose: Recruit 1 medical administrative officer

Examination Qualifications:

Domestic or foreign colleges/universities (or equivalent education) with majors in civil engineering, architecture, or related fields.

Possess certification as an architect, civil engineer, structural engineer, land registrar, or site manager.

Have at least 5 years of experience in implementing Ministry of National Defense housing conversion, camp conversion fund, military engineering, hospital engineering projects, or private sector engineering.

4.Job Description:

Ø  Research, revision and improvement of technical issues in the execution of comprehensive engineering.

Ø  Responsible for managing the planning, design, and budget execution of new military comprehensive building projects (including assisting other projects with new building constructions).

Ø  Responsible for overall matters such as engineering schedule management, construction cost control, contract supervision, and quality management.

Ø  Responsible for carrying out all document and administrative tasks required for the project.

Ø  Execute tasks assigned by the institute.

Ø  Working hours: in accordance with the Labor Standards Act regulations, and must align with the unit's regular working hours, with flexible adjustments to meet the task needs of the Medical Planning Management Office, Administration Team, and New Construction Project Team.

Ø  Work locations are at this institute and any sites designated by the Military New Construction Project Team (military hospitals across the country).

5. Benefits:

Ø  Monthly salary NT$46,770 (for those receiving monthly retirement pension: salary follows the maximum monthly remuneration announced by the Veterans Affairs Council), grant (distributed monthly), approximately 60% of the aforementioned salary (grant amount is variable), annual salary approximately NT$900,000–960,000.

Ø  Includes year‑end bonus, labor insurance, health insurance, and annual employee health check.

Ø  After six months of service, entitled to 3 days of consolation leave, with vacation days adjusted according to seniority (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act).
